The NZeTA request system will be available from July 2019. You can register to receive an email notification when the system is available.

visiting or in transit from a visa waiver country — that is, a country whose passport holders do not need to get a visa before they arrive in New Zealand

travelling on a passport from a transit visa waiver country, and you will be in transit through Auckland International Airport’s transit lounge, on the way to another country
a permanent resident of Australia.

Who does not need an NZeTA (ETA가 필요없는 사람은 ? )
You do not need an NZeTA to travel to New Zealand if you:
must apply for a New Zealand visa before you travel (입국전 비자를 이미 발급받은 사람)
already hold a valid New Zealand visa (유효한 비자가 있는 사람)
are a New Zealand citizen travelling on: (뉴질랜드 시민권자 또는 영주권자 호주 시민권자)
a New Zealand passport, or
a foreign passport with an endorsement — for example, to say you are a permanent resident or citizen of New Zealand
are an Australian citizen travelling on an Australian passport.

When to request an NZeTA and pay your IVL (ETA와 IVL은 언제 신청해야하나요?
Request your NZeTA well in advance of your trip to New Zealand. It can take us up to 72 hours to approve your NZeTA. If you do not hold an NZeTA when you check in for your flight or cruise you will not be allowed to board. 뉴질랜드 입국 보다 충분히 앞서서 신청하세요. ETA가 승인되는데에는 72시간까지 걸릴 수 있고, 만약 ETA가 승인 안된상태로 비행기 탑승을 하려 하면 탑승이 거부됩니다.
You may be able to request an NZeTA when you check in, but if we cannot process your request in time or if we decline it, then you will not be allowed to board. 체크인 시 ETA를 신청할수도 있으나 시간내에 승인이 안되거나 반려되면 항공 탑승이 거부됩니다.
You must hold an NZeTA if you are travelling to New Zealand from 1 October 2019. The NZeTA request system will be available from July 2019. .
There will be 2 ways to request an NZeTA and pay the IVL (ETA와 IVL 을 신청하는 2가지 방법)

The IVL costs NZD$35 for each person travelling to New Zealand and is charged in the same transaction as your NZeTA.
